JOHN MARCZAK

As the Client Security and Services Liaison, John has been working as part of the Ihloom team from the beginning. His background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management and Technology and a Master’s Degree in Information Resource Management from Syracuse University. He has experience working in Higher Education ​at the University of Denver, Baylor University, and Illinois State University, before his time at Mantra Computing.

While at Mantra Computing, John helped manage various IT-related projects and coordinated client services while working with field consultants and networking with other professionals to create new business opportunities. His role, to enforce and establish protocols, helped provide the attention to detail that clients demand.

John is originally from Auburn, Maine but has lived in the Boston area for 13 years. He is an avid college basketball fan and is still striving to create the perfect March Madness bracket.
